Our shipping service anticipates these situations and will always call you to attempt delivery . If delivery is not possible, a second attempt will be made (not guaranteed, it depends on the shipping company) in the afternoon, after scheduling an appointment with the shipping company. Alternatively, you can pick up your package at the corresponding GLS office. We will monitor the situation to ensure everything goes smoothly. You can also choose to pick up your order at a GLS office ; simply mention this in the "comments" section and we will notify you where to collect it.

IMPORTANT: The customer is responsible for being available to receive the order the morning after receiving the "order completed" confirmation email, which informs them that they will receive the order the following morning. If they were unable to be available for the first delivery and a second delivery could not be scheduled, they are responsible for collecting it from the corresponding GLS or Seur cold delivery office that same afternoon. The customer must provide Naturabarf with a working phone number from the same country as the delivery address to facilitate delivery if they are not home or the delivery company cannot locate their address. The customer is also responsible for ensuring the shipping address is correct.

The company is not responsible, as this is a perishable product, for the product arriving in poor condition, nor will it accept returns or compensation under the following circumstances:

– Not having been at the address on the day of delivery.

– The corresponding telephone number to contact the customer was not available; remember, a telephone number of the nationality of the country where it is delivered.

– The delivery address or postal code is incorrect, causing delays.

– Do not collect the order at the corresponding GLS or Seur cold office if this has been agreed upon or if delivery is not possible for the reasons mentioned above.
