Our 1kg plastic tubs can be thawed, stored and served using the disposable container provided start to finish.
When packaged in tube form we recommend to open the tube packages while they are still frozen and then thaw them outside of the tube, This method is more hygienic and reduces waste. Running the package under water for a few seconds, Will loosen any food in the corners of the packaging. Once out of the tube, thawing the meat on the counter for 30-45 minutes usually allows for easy cutting, if necessary.
You can keep the thawed food in the fridge for 2-3 days.
Additionally, if needed for portioning or stuffing, you can refreeze it once.
